How much is rent?

There are two sizes of units – approximately 16.5 and 20 sqm units.
16.5 sqm units are 15,000.00. There are 14 of these units.
20 sqm units are 17,000.00. There are 13 of these units.

What kind of units? Are they furnished?

Studio type. Semi-furnished. With 1.5 HP inverter aircon, hot and cold shower, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinet and countertop, two exhaust fans, drop down lights. 24 hour CCTV and Wifi, and its FREE. The units have high ceilings also – 12 feet. And best of all, there are different (cute!) colors to choose from: caramel beige, powder blue, lemon yellow, sage green and chocolate brown.You can bring in your bed and cabinet/closet, and a table for two. For as long as they do not have to be attached to/installed on the walls.

Do the AirBNB units have the same features?

Yes! But wait there’s more! The two AirBNB units (201 and 203) also have Smart TV, personal ref, microwave oven and water kettle.

Is there wifi?

Yes, and it's free!

Is there parking? Kasama ba sa unit?

There is parking for cars. But the parking space is separately leased. The price is PhP 3,000.00/month. Parking for motorcycles is P 500.00/month.

Paano ang Meralco and water?

Each unit has its own Meralco meter. Tenants must pay directly to Meralco.Naka-sub meter ang water. Management will inform tenants what their monthly bill is through an invoice. Payments will be made to the office.

How secured is the building?

Very secured! At present, we have 24 hour CCTV with 16 cameras where all comings and goings are monitored live and recorded as well. We have 24 hour staff on duty.

How many people can occupy a unit?

A maximum of two (2) persons.
